Purdue Mask Policy Change

Dear All, Please be aware that Purdue has updated its mask policy as was mentioned in the email that was sent out recently. Masks are required for everyone when indoors anywhere on campus, regardless of vaccination status. The change follows the CDC guidance for areas with substantial or high community transmission, of which not only our state falls under but also our county, Tippecanoe. Purdue will continue to monitor the pandemic and will revise the policy again when the pandemic improves in our area. Please remember that violations of this mask policy by anyone is considered a violation of the Protect Purdue Pledge and will be subject to disciplinary action by the University. Covid-19 impacted spaces in FRNY

Dear faculty, staff, and students, I have been notified that there is a COVID-19 positive test result for a member of our research community. This email is to inform you that all research spaces accessed by this researcher after their initial exposure to the virus, FRNY 2181, 2182, 2183, 2060C, G060D are closed today for disinfection according to the Purdue prescribed procedures (see the cleaning and disinfecting guidelines at this link: https://www.purdue.edu/ehps/rem/worker/covid19/cleaningguide.pdf) These research spaces will return to normal operations after disinfection is completed, starting tomorrow morning (8/3).
