But while she does feel better, she is not yet in the clear Keep helping all that you can and working together. Just not too close together. LORRE and the Big Move

Today’s story is “LORRE and the Big Move”. LORRE was getting ready to move, but she needed some help. She asked all the good students and researchers to help, but many were unsure how. So she went to her good friend Lindsey to come up with a plan. Lindsey thought and thought, and planned and planned. Together they came up with the BEST PLAN EVER. But it all hinged on one thing… Help from all the good students and researchers. So, good students and researchers, help LORRE and Lindsey all that you can Think of your ONLY job this week as helping to pack for the move. Come in each day by 9 and plan to stay for the day. Ask Lindsey what you can be doing if you are unsure. There is lots to do and be done. Approved for Chemical Move!

REM inspection went well. This will be their second largest chemical move to date. They really appreciated that we designated boxes with hazard labels and yellow tape. They will return tomorrow to move the packed chemical boxes. They have taken away designated gas cylinders and are taking them to ABE now. Thanks everyone. I am proud of our efforts on this big task. My apologies. I have clarified with Dr Mosier. Please affix the PURPLE MOVING LABEL to phone, computer and tower and use lab labeling tape to indicate your name. I recommend NOT putting the sticker on the viewable surface. Safely removing the sticker without damaging the screen may be a challenge. Group- Following up with this morning's 9am meeting... Today's priorities are chemical packing with open (not taped) boxes. REM will be here at 130pm to inspect. Next, continue packing based on room assignments. DO NOT LEAVE POTR if we have run out of boxes. Use the time to APPLY PURPLE LABELS to every single packed box (not REM chemicals) that will be moved to ABE. Within the label, WRITE 4 on the Floor blank space. Write 4107 (no letter suffix) if you do not have an assignment below: Absolutely, DO NOT WRITE A NUMBER IN THE PIECE BLANK TODAY for any equipment. We will review this starting tomorrow. Today, focus on apply labels to packed boxes-not equipment. Bioreactors are going to 4107. All bioreactor related equipment and accessory boxes. Contents in 231 EXCEPT FOR OVENS are going to 4107B. Lilly (Jessica 235 and Antonio 252) boxes are going to 4118A. Jessica's BSL2 lab will move to 4107A. Please text or find me for specific questions.
