Please consider this my request to all LORRE students to begin assisting with packing boxes for the upcoming move effective immediately. The move date is Fri Dec 4th, so essentially we are down to 8 weeks to go. I would like to see each one of you devote 2 hours per week in any of our POTR spaces. I will continue to supply packing materials in the SW corner of 333 (near the balance). Your colleagues and I all appreciate your cooperation in maintaining this team effort.
Until I receive labels supplied by the moving company, please be thorough in marking each box with its contents (i.e. ten 100mL grad cyl, POTR333 or Welch vacuum pump).
Additionally, please review this link on proper lifting techniques: https://ergo-plus.com/wp-content/uploads/WA-Handout-Proper-Lifting-Techniqu….
Thank you all again in advance for your cooperation. I am just as excited as you are to tour the new space!

Attached is the schedule for the remainder of the semester. Please take a moment to fill in your title or topic<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1uBhyQPcpk4jHGfN4eg731Duo1vQFXy6ddY0…> if you have not done so already.
Reminder to please also sign in with your camera turned on. The purpose of having our seminars via Zoom is so that we can see an interact with one another. When everyone joins, but does not turn on their camera, we lose a part of the purpose. Please do turn on your camera and keep it on for the meeting. If we have bandwidth issues we can reassess.
Best,
