Morgan Center for Entrepreneurship (1201 West State Street). The U.S. Commercial Service, which is part of the U.S. Department of Commerce, provides a variety of services including: -trade counseling -business matchmaking -market intelligence -commercial diplomacy All in the pursuit of helping Americans do business overseas. The Millennium Challenge Corporation is a foreign assistance agency that provides large "compacts" of funding (~$500 million) over a 5-year period to countries that meet requirements for ruling justly, economic freedom and commitment to investing in their people. Partner countries identify their programming needs funded under compacts and thus span a variety of sectors: agriculture, water, health, and education.
