* A reminder that you can watch and submit advisor-approved activity forms for any of the past-semesters recorded lectures.

Design Documents - Due this week (Week 6) on the day of your lab meeting. - You must upload a PDF of your project's design document to https://sharepoint.ecn.purdue.edu/epics/designreview/weekday/teamname. Design documents can continue to be updated leading up to the review.

Co-op Networking Night - Monday, Feb 13th

EPICS Awards Open-House and End of Year Celebration - Save the Date: April 17th at 3:30 PM in the Kurtz Atrium in ARMS
This year we are going to start a new tradition of holding a public open-house for all EPICS students, advisors, project partners, and friends on the Monday of final design review for the Spring semester. We will highlight award winners, scholarship recipients, and celebrate teams with delivered projects. Please plan to join us to celebrate you and your classmates' successes.

Maker Faire - April 1st
The Greater Lafayette Mini Maker Faire is hosted by Imagination Station in collaboration with Make Media and MatchBOX Studios. It will take place at the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds, from 10am-6pm on April 1st, 2017. For information see http://greaterlafayette.makerfaire.com/.

Service Learning Grants - Due Feb 9th
If your team intends to spend more than the initial $200 this semester, we suggest that in addition to submitting a budget to EPICS, you strongly consider submitting a service-learning grant through the office of the Provost. Global Competition for Hardware-Led Social Innovation Issues
ASME's ISHOW is the only global competition with a focus on hardware-led social innovation. The competitions will be held this spring in Bangalore, Nairobi, and Washington D.C., where finalists in all three locations will share $500,000 in seed grants, technical assistance, design and engineering reviews.
