Hello Everyone, we recently learned that we will be visited by EWB's Head of Indiana tonight. We wanted to make sure we confirmed her arrival before we notified the rest of you. As a result of this we will be having a *General Meeting scheduled for 7PM tonight in ME 2053*. It is really important that everyone that can make it shows up. We will be going out with the EWB rep after the meeting to dinner and we have a fun building competition planned for the meeting as well. It should be fun and informative and we appreciate your support. Sorry for the late notice, hope to see you there!

Hello all EWBers, Tuesday - This week we will have a Fundraising Meeting by our Events Committee. This will take place at 7pm in ME 1006. As you know we are having a Hot Chocolate and Donuts fundraiser this week and this meeting will mostly be about working on that. Hey everyone, attached are this weeks general member meeting minutes. Please look through them if you were not able to attend. To highlight a couple of the items, see below. Fundraiser! There will be a fundraiser next week on Thursday and Friday, we will be selling doughnuts and hot chocolate. The events committee will be meeting next week on Tuesday at 7pm in ME 1006 to design fliers for the event. If you can, additional members are needed to help run the table. We need to start up another committee of people to start working on water conservation and germs and hand washing. This is a great opportunity for non-engineers to get involved! Hello all EWBers, Wednesday - This week we will be having a General Meeting for all to attend!! It will be this Wednesday at 7pm, in the usual room ME 2053. Please everyone try to make it, (ESPECIALLY OFFICERS) These are our times to get everyone back in the group and aware of whats going on throughout the organization. We have had some pretty big happenings recently, as well as some updates from our members that attended the regional conference. Thursday - We will also be having the regular meeting of the Concrete tank design team this Thursday again at 7pm and in ME 2053. Everyone interested in design phases try to attend. If you are part of the pump design team you can still come to the tank design meetings. We also have some upcoming fundraisers! Blurb from Krysten below: For this semester's fundraiser we will be selling hot chocolate and donuts outside of CL50 on Thursday, Nov. 17th and Friday, Nov. 18th from 9am to 12pm. I've created a google doc so that you can sign up for one of the time slots. I only have spots for 3 volunteers but if 3 people sign up and you still want to help out during that time slot then feel free to help still! I just want 3 volunteers at the least. Wednesday - No General meeting this week, expect one next week. Thursday - Concrete Tank Design Team this Thursday again at 7pm and in ME 2053. Everyone interested in design phases try to attend. If you are part of the pump design team you can still come to the tank design meetings. Friday - Sunday - EWB Great Lakes Conference taking place at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Hello EWBers, Below you can find a survey specifically aimed at groups like Engineers Without Borders. The purpose of the survey is to evaluate how well groups like ours actually benefit students. I hope that all of you will take the time to go through this, even if you haven’t been in the group for very long at all. The aim of this survey is to evaluate Service Learning programs relevant to construction management both by students as well as professionals in the industry. Hey everyone! The events committee will meet this FRIDAY, OCT. 28TH at 3:30pm in the Union in front of Starbucks. It's just going to be a quick meeting so we can talk about the upcoming fundraiser and t-shirt ideas. If you can't make it but are interested in being a part of the events committee, please email me!
