[Bnc-facility-notice] NOTICE - Failure & Recovery of the Ultrapure Water System

Dear BNC User, Tonight at ~9PM the ultrapure water system failed and shut down. Engineering staff responded quickly, and the ultrapure water system alarms cleared at ~10PM. As a result, the humidification system for the cleanroom went into alarm, but recovered with no change to humidity levels in the cleanroom.
