Dear BNC User,

Tonight at ~9PM the ultrapure water system failed and shut down.  Engineering staff responded quickly, and the ultrapure water system alarms cleared at ~10PM.   As a result, the humidification system for the cleanroom went into alarm, but recovered with no change to humidity levels in the cleanroom.   Currently there are no building alarms and all system appear to be normal.
