Hello team, I'm writing to see if anybody may be able to remind me of P-card usage for an IEEE membership around the middle of October. I don't have this written down in my notes so I'm assuming that someone may have used it and I didn't end up collecting a receipt from them (or I can't find it). Please let me know if you're able to assist me with tracing back to this card charge; I appreciate your help if able. Thanks, Dave ________________________________ All- I wanted to inform you that our Campus Facility Building Services team will be conducting floor maintenance in the SL and LD lobby area on the 3rd floor. The maintenance will begin on Friday, October 17th, 10:00pm and will continue until Saturday, October 18th at 4:00pm. Please note that during this time, the SL and LD connecting lobby area floor will be stripped and waxed, this area be CLOSED to building occupants. To navigate around this area, please utilize the freight elevator or stairwells as alternative routes. If you have any questions, please let me know. Angel

Kitchenette Sink Out

Hello, I'm writing to let you know that we have poor water quality (brown water) coming from the sink faucet in our SL 260 sink. I've contacted IU CFS and opened a fix it ticket. The drain still works but I wouldn't trust the water at this time. SELB October 10th shutdowns All Purdue Site Directors, Please see the electrical panel shutdown for 10/10/25. Details below Please pass along as needed. Let me know if there are any questions. Thanks, Dave ________________________________ All- Please be advised that CFS will be replacing surge protectors in two electrical panels at the SELB building. To perform this work safely, they must power down these panels on October 10th from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Please note that the building’s main power will not be affected during this time. However, there will be some power shutdowns which I have outlined below: - Fire pump (SELB) - Lot 85 lights (parking lot between Inlow and SELB) - Both passage and freight elevators (SELB) - Cold room and warm room (SELB) Additionally, as a precaution, steam will be isolated within the building during this period. Please expect minimal discomfort to the general spaces, but please plan accordingly. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to reach out.
