Projects must advance access to safe and sustainable water supply where it is presently at risk and demonstrate that they: * Are replicable, scalable and sustainable, setting a high benchmark for innovation * Emphasize solutions with practical applicability * Address non-discrimination/equality of access from a scientific, legal or other basis * Involve and impact a range of stakeholders * Have local/community-level engagement These are the criteria against which projects will be assessed. Early stage projects are preferred.
