Staff Performance Review Timeline

A crucial deadline is the April 04, 2025, by when the Manager's Assessment must be completed, and the assessment needs to be moved to the 1:1 meeting stage. Each staff member is required to have performance goals recorded in SuccessFactors. We are currently in the middle of Stage (2) of the timeline below, and will move to Stage (3) later this month. Supervisors and staff are encouraged to collaborate throughout this process and to continue making updates to the goals even after they have been initially entered. In order to be considered for a merit raise this year, each staff member must have a performance review completed within the SuccessFactors system by April 30th. While performance review assessments should be completed by managers at that time, the 1:1 meetings between supervisors and staff do not take place until May (see timeline below).
