Dear BNC Users - Mondays electrical work involving our Birck's HVAC system was begun but not finished. During yesterday's power outage 1 of the 3 new breakers would not reset and needs to be replaced. A new breaker typically has a 6 month lead time but yesterday the engineering firm, general contractor, and electrical sub-contractor scrambled to find a solution and purchased a compatible replacement electrical breaker that meets our specifications, and it was approved by the engineering firm. A 3rd electrical power outage involving Birck HVAC system again is planned for this coming Thursday starting at 7:30AM lasting 2 hours. We are sorry for the change in plans, we schedule these outages earlier in the week in case something would go wrong. Please give me a call if you have any questions or concerns.
