Hi MSE Department, If you are using/remoting in to an ECN support computer today and are having issues launch/using Chrome, ECN is already aware and working on it. It is something on their end with ITap. For solutions, either restart your computer if you are able to and that seems to fix the problem or use other browsers (Edge, Firefox, etc) for the time being.
