The Purdue Engineering Office of Graduate Education and the Engineering Academic Career Club (EACC<https://boilerlink.purdue.edu/organization/eacc>) are running Summer Mentoring Circles. Now in its seventh year, serving over 300 grad students and postdocs, this program aims to help graduate students and postdocs identify action steps towards future faculty careers. What: Mentoring Circles will be made of two professors and 6-8 graduate students and/or postdocs. EACC provides group circles with sample schedule, recommended discussion topics, Zoom room breakout rooms and technology support. Your role is to come and share your experiences and recommendations (no prep required!).
