To follow up, the Purdue for ME tours are for admitted undergraduate students. If there is anything to be coordinated at the graduate level, you will receive that information from the graduate office. All that is needed is for a lab member (or yourself) to be present and speak a little about the research lab and the work that goes on there. It is a shame that these touring events are happening at the same time as we are moving research space around, but that cannot be avoided at this time. The first Purdue for Me's tour is next Friday, February 14th and they're looking to block about 45 minutes for me to give a walking tour of the ME spaces in Indy. I would bring a group of admitted ME students for the fall 26' term to your lab space and there would be an opportunity for your lab to be showcased to that group of students. If you are interested, please let me know. Ideally, I would feature two labs on these Purdue for ME tour days (2/14, 3/7 & 4/11).
