Network switch replacement will involve a total building outage, including VoIP phones, the night the new switches are activated. This should begin at approximately 11:00 P.M Monday, 4/8 and last until 6:00 A.M the following morning. In addition, as new wireless access points are installed there will be periodic losses of wireless coverage in areas where these access points are located, while the old access points are being retired and the new access points are being brought into service.
