Dear Shah Lab colleagues and friends, The 2019 mEducation Alliance Symposium<https://www.meducationalliance.org/?page_id=760> on October 9 – 11, 2019 in Washington, DC, seeks presentation proposals that address how enhancing digital literacy acquisition, instruction, and extension leads to improved national and community development outcomes. The mEducation Alliance embraces a broad definition of information and communications technology (ICT), therefore it welcome proposals that feature digital literacy interventions<https://www.ictworks.org/category/education/> across a variety of media and applications including, mobile phones, computers, e-Readers, tablets, flash memory, micro projectors, and audio/video devices, . The 9th Annual Symposium<https://www.meducationalliance.org/?page_id=760> will be an exciting opportunity to connect with policymakers and practitioners from government, leading donor organizations, the private sector, NGOs, ICT4Edu researchers<https://www.ictworks.org/tag/ict4edu/>, and other innovators engaged in the field. Submit Your mEducation Session Ideas by June 28th As in past Symposia<https://www.meducationalliance.org/?page_id=75>, this year’s event will include interactive sessions and formats, including dynamic panel presentations, gallery walks, and intentional networking opportunities.
