Jun Chen, Micro-hydropower for powering rural African communities: Opportunities, challenges, and lessons Talk 2. Gary Burniske & Suzanne Nielsen, Engineering’s role in food security Please try and attend. You are also welcome to bring along one or two students who would be interested in attending. The goal of these meetings is to learn more about engineering faculty interests and ongoing projects in global sustainable development, look for potential research collaborations, and to network with partners on campus to target new funding/partnership opportunities.
