Last week, the Keystone XL pipeline proposal was rejected, which provided a wave of new information for the discussion! Although President Obama decided NOT to approve the current plan, the door for the company to resubmit a new plan remains open (the TransCanada CEO has indicated that the company will reapply with a modified route<http://torontostar.morningstar.ca/globalhome/industry/news.asp?articleid=533418>). So, there is a one-year window of opportunity during the election season to learn more and engage with the process as it evolves. Now's the time to get informed!
