Please forward to those who may be interested. Thank you. Opportunity: Resilient Housing Design Competition 2013- July 31st With great excitement, ISET-International would like to officially announce the launch of our Resilient Housing Design Competition 2013. Shelter is one of the most important factors influencing the exposure of people and assets to disaster risks. This competition seeks the best solutions for housing in response to climate change and answers to the impacts of urbanization. The targeted design competition locations are areas highly vulnerable to climate change in Da Nang, Vietnam and Gorakhpur, India. The target groups are the poor and low-income households living in these areas. Through this competition, we hope to find appropriate housing models which effectively build resilience in these two cities.
