This program's goal is to expand the community involvement of Purdue students in partnership with communities, nonprofit agencies, schools, and governmental bodies. Publication in the Fall 2019 issue of the journal requires that abstract submissions be received no later than Feb. 15 and complete article submissions no later than April 1. Submissions are made directly to the PJSL website. Proposals are accepted on a rolling basis, and those received after the deadlines will be considered for the following 2020 issue. ________________________________ Dyson Rapid Prototyping Workshop - March 6 The presentation will introduce students to the design process behind three of Dyson's most well-known products and provides students with exclusive hints and tips on what makes a good entry to the James Dyson Award. The workshop tasks students to design something that solves a problem addressed by a previous James Dyson Award winner (the trick is they don't know what the design solution is).
