Important EPICS Week 14 Announcements ________________________________ Design Documents - Due on the day of your lab this week! * A PDF of the design documents should be submitted by the end of day that your lab is held to give our design reviewers time to read them. * You can continue to update and overwrite the document throughout the semester. * Upload instructions: o The PDF should be uploaded to https://sharepoint.ecn.purdue.edu/epics/designreview/default.aspx. o Find the day of the week for your team, and then your team's folder. o Please delete past versions from this folder so the reviewers don't have to sort through them. ________________________________ EPICS Awards Open House - April 16th [cid:image001.png@01D3CDCA.5980D6A0] ________________________________ EPICS Scholarships - Applications Due April 9 * Chevron Scholarship - $2,000 for an outstanding student who has participated in EPICS for multiple semesters and shows an interested in a career in the energy industry. * Miller Scholarship - $1,000 for an outstanding student who participates multiple semesters in EPICS. * The attached application form may be used for consideration of either scholarship. ________________________________ Delivering This Semester? If your team plans to deliver your project this semester, be sure to complete the EPICS delivery checklist. This includes projects that have final deliverables of non-tangible products (project plans, formal recommendations, etc). Remember, without a checklist, you will not receive an EPICS delivery t-shirt.
