MENTAL HEALTH MINUTE Two More Weeks...! Greetings from the CARES Hub! As we embark on the last two weeks until winter break, the demands of final projects and exams weigh heavily upon us. Now, as always, it is good practice to spend time each day engaging in self-care to enhance your well-being. Maybe a 30-minute power nap, a long hot shower, a quick trip to the gym, conversation over dinner with friends, or anything that makes you feel good and improves your mood. Be sure to sleep 7 - 9 hours each night too. Your brain will thank you as it works much better well rested! In the words of A.A.
