Two More Weeks…!

Greetings from the CARES Hub!

As we embark on the last two weeks until winter break, the demands of final projects and exams weigh heavily upon us. Now, as always, it is good practice to spend time each day engaging in self-care to enhance your well-being. Maybe a 30-minute power nap, a long hot shower, a quick trip to the gym, conversation over dinner with friends, or anything that makes you feel good and improves your mood. Be sure to sleep 7 – 9 hours each night too. Your brain will thank you as it works much better well rested!

In the words of A.A. Milne, author of Winnie the Pooh, “…always remember:  you’re braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.”  We wish you all the best during quiet week and final exams week. Stop by to see us in the CARES Hub for a snack, encouraging words, and a quiet place to relax and study. (ARMS 1261 and 1264).
