Hello everyone, I wanted to let you know that as of today you can report safety concerns in FRNY building anonymously (or not) through a secure portal "Report a Safety Concern in FRNY" located on the ChE safety website: https://engineering.purdue.edu/ChE/aboutus/safety. The submitted safety concerns will be collected and discussed in the next safety committee meeting, or addressed in a timely manner, depending on the reported issue. If you submit a safety concern and you would like for the safety committee to follow up with you personally, please fill in all the fields related to contact information. This portal is for collecting safety concerns ONLY and all other submissions will be disregarded.
