Hello everyone,

I wanted to let you know that as of today you can report safety concerns in FRNY building anonymously (or not) through a secure portal “Report a Safety Concern in FRNY” located on the ChE safety website: https://engineering.purdue.edu/ChE/aboutus/safety. The submitted safety concerns will be collected and discussed in the next safety committee meeting, or addressed in a timely manner, depending on the reported issue. If you submit a safety concern and you would like for the safety committee to follow up with you personally, please fill in all the fields related to contact information.

This portal is for collecting safety concerns ONLY and all other submissions will be disregarded.

Other ways to submit your safety concerns:

• via email directly to me at nagyg@purdue.edu
• via email to the safety committee’s email address chesafety@purdue.edu
• Graduate students can submit concerns via the GSO Feedback Form (choose the “Safety” option)
• Graduate students can email the GSO Safety Chair (currently Catherine Vincent at:  vincen24@purdue.edu)
