Dear Prof. Varma, It has been always an honor to work and serve in our School of Chemical Engineering. It is a hard decision for me and my family after many sleepless nights. I am proud to have worked with the wonderful colleagues, administrative, and support staff in our School as well as many in College of Engineering. You have my deepest respect and admiration for your attitude towards research, your leadership, and your constant support to young faculty members as well as undergraduate and graduate students. Every day as a faculty member in our School has been a privilege. Thank you and our colleagues for bring me on board five years ago and being constantly supportive to my career development.
