[ChE-Courtesy-list] Smell on old side 3rd floor

BE ADVISED - Due to an oven overheating and charring what was inside, there is an unpleasant odor/smell on the old 3rd floor hallway. Fire Dept. and REM determined that other than the smell, there is no hazard present. You may want to avoid the area until the air is recirculated out of the building. Thank you. Jeff Valley
