In terms of the timeline, our goal is to have performance reviews completed by May 23rd. The University's expectation is that all employees will have a performance review completed by their supervisor each year. PRs are an essential part of the merit review process. Earlier this week, we entered phase two of the process, where staff complete their self-assessments. Prior to doing that, if you have not already done so, please update your performance goals in SuccessFactors. Last month, we hosted a virtual session on creating performance goals. If you were not able to attend that session, you can access the recording HERE<https://engineering.purdue.edu/Intranet/Groups/Administration/FacultyStaffLinks/Recordings> (sign in with your Purdue Career ID). Please take this opportunity to complete your self-assessment. Later this month, supervisors will be responsible for completing the Manager's Assessment.
