Dear all, The ECS Purdue Student Chapter is excited to announce its first-ever Poster Symposium on “Modeling, Characterization & Analytics in Electrochemical Sciences & Engineering (MoChA)”! All graduate and undergraduate students as well as postdoctoral scholars are invited to present their research on electrochemical energy storage & conversion to the Purdue research community. We will have plenary and keynote talks, and awards and recognitions for the best presenters! This would also be a great avenue to interact with fellow student researchers and faculty working in this interdisciplinary field. The event is scheduled for February 9 (Thursday), 10:30 AM -1:30 PM at the ME Atrium. Here is the tentative schedule: 10:30 AM – 10:40 AM: Opening remarks by Prof. Partha P. Mukherjee (Purdue ME), Founding & Lead Faculty Advisor of the ECS Purdue Student Chapter 10:45 AM – 11:00 AM: Plenary talk by Prof. Rebecca Ciez (Purdue ME), Member of the Chapter Advisory Board 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Keynote student talks by Susmita Sarkar & Bairav S. Vishnugopi, PhD students in the School of Mechanical Engineering 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM: Poster Session & Networking with fellow students and faculty The flyer for the same is attached.
