Dear all,
The ECS Purdue Student Chapter is excited to announce its first-ever Poster Symposium on “Modeling, Characterization & Analytics in Electrochemical Sciences & Engineering (MoChA)”! All graduate and undergraduate students as well as postdoctoral scholars are invited to present their research on electrochemical energy storage & conversion to the Purdue research community. We will have plenary and keynote talks, and awards and recognitions for the best presenters! This would also be a great avenue to interact with fellow student researchers and faculty working in this interdisciplinary field.
The event is scheduled for February 9 (Thursday), 10:30 AM -1:30 PM at the ME Atrium. Here is the tentative schedule:
10:30 AM – 10:40 AM: Opening remarks by Prof. Partha P. Mukherjee (Purdue ME), Founding & Lead Faculty Advisor of the ECS Purdue Student Chapter
10:45 AM – 11:00 AM: Plenary talk by Prof. Rebecca Ciez (Purdue ME), Member of the Chapter Advisory Board
11:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Keynote student talks by Susmita Sarkar & Bairav S. Vishnugopi, PhD students in the School of Mechanical Engineering
11:30 AM – 1:30 PM: Poster Session & Networking with fellow students and faculty

Please fill out this registration form (or scan the QR code in the flyer) if you will be attending the event. If you wish to present a poster, please fill the title and abstract in the form. For priority consideration, please submit by January 30th, 2023. Lunch will be catered for everyone who has registered.
