[Bnc-facility-notice] Vibration probable Thursday morning, 9/26/13

BNC Cleanroom Users - The installation of the new Deep Reactive Ion Etcher in the BNC cleanroom requires the hammer-drilling of anchors in the cleanroom waffle slab. This is likely to create a small amount of vibration in the cleanroom, especially the west end. The work will be performed Thursday morning, 9/26/13, between 8:00 am and 12:00 noon.
