All BNC Users - Update: The preventive maintenance and major power upgrades to the Birck Nanotechnology cleanroom has been completed successfully. The cleanroom and laboratories are now open for limited research without ultra-pure water and no humidity control for the cleanroom. The UPW upgrade is scheduled to be completed by May 22, 2025, and until the new UPW upgrade is completed and commissioned there will be no water available in the fume hoods. Please note this as you plan processing steps. More information will be provide next week as we work through this major upgrade. Some research equipment is still shut down for maintenance, or is in the process of being started back up. Please check iLabs for individual equipment status. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these major infrastructure upgrades to position Birck Nanotechnology for future exciting research.
