All W-2s will be mailed in January, and a current address will help ensure prompt delivery. ESS is accessible to University employees with their Purdue career account and password after logging into the OnePurdue Portal. A link to the portal is located at the bottom of the Purdue home page <http://www.purdue.edu/>. Employees can update their addresses online through ESS. Instructions for accessing ESS can be found in the Employee Self-Service Navigation <http://www.purdue.edu/onepurdue/training/QRCs/documents/ess_navigation_qrc.pdf> QRC (Quick Reference card) on the Human Resources and Employee Self-Service QRCs <http://www.purdue.edu/onepurdue/training/QRCs/hress.shtml> page located on the OnePurdue website. Business offices should email updated addresses for their terminated employees to the Payroll Appointment Service Center at paschelp@purdue.edu <mailto:paschelp@purdue.eduy>. For security purposes, emails directly from terminated employees will not be accepted.
