This also goes for spaces we borrow as well such as classrooms, conference rooms from other departments, etc.

conference rooms, student centers, and grad spaces neat and welcoming for everyone. Please remember to:
✅ Dispose of trash & recyclables properly
✅ Wipe down tables, chairs, and whiteboards
✅ Push in your chairs
✅ Turn off lights and TVs
✅ Be mindful of shared spaces
How to Book an MSE Conference Room

Spring Semester Only – Reservations for summer will open later.
🔹 Include the faculty member or company name in the reservation title (e.g.,
Prof. ____ Meeting or Cummins Senior Design—Prof. ____) to ensure we can contact the correct group if needed.
