ECN tried pretty much everything with my computer yesterday, but nothing seemed to work.
I have two sets of bookmarks, one for home and one for work.
The bookmarks which I use at work are managed by ECN.
They are supposed to be able to recover that, but they are still working on a solution.
They will let me know when they figure out the “paths.” What I tried to warn you is you should wait until ECN comes up with a definite solution before you restart your computer.

Hi,
Your bookmarks are saved in your google account, so you will just need to log back in at the top right corner
to regain your bookmarks/folders. It will not keep your opened browsers.

Please be aware that after you restart your computer, you will lose all of your bookmarks. ECN has not been able to recover mine.

If you are using/remoting in to an ECN support computer today and are having issues launch/using Chrome, ECN is already aware and working on it. It is something on their end with ITap. For solutions, either restart your computer if you
are able to and that seems to fix the problem or use other browsers (Edge, Firefox, etc) for the time being.
