Please see the message below from one of our fellow students regarding an upcoming equipment demonstration!

I wanted to share an exciting opportunity to explore the Keyence 3D Surface Profiler VK-X3000, which provides nanometer-scale surface characterization through confocal laser, focus variation, and white light interferometry modes.

I have been in touch with the sales engineer, Austin Stachel, who is available to host a demo in ARMS 2114 (graduate student lounge) on Thursday, May 8 at 3 PM. We will also have the chance to get free measurements of our samples, so please feel free to bring samples along.
