Subject: PATHFINDER: A program dedicated to career development of Purdue life scientists
Dear all,
I hope I can rely on your help to create awareness to our grad students and postdocs about our new program called Pathfinder that is dedicated to help them with career development. Pathfinder aims to link with local companies and build
bridges for improving the retention of talented life scientists in Indiana. The program exposes our talented graduate students and postdocs to scientists that are currently working in life sciences companies in Indiana and can act as models for successful
careers at our doorsteps. The plan for the Pathfinder program is to conduct virtual interviews sessions with industry scientists and capture their story to identify factors for their success as industry scientists.
I would be grateful if you can send the following invitation to your graduate students, postdocs, and any other scientist that you think could benefit by participating.
Our first interview is with Jonathan Snyder, PhD,
Principal Research Scientist at Elanco in Greenfield, IN:
Thursday, April 28th from 3:30pm to 4:30pm.
