Dear Professors,

Materials Engineering collects questions from each committee member to put together an exam packet to be presented to the student 30 minutes prior to the Prelim.  Each committee member will have 15 minutes with a 5-minute follow-up after all committee members have had their questions addressed. Please see the attached form that will explain the process in more detail. 

I am preparing the exam packet for Tianyi Sun’s Preliminary Exam.  Please email me the questions for the exam by Oct. 4, the Friday before the exam at your convenience.  Please email the questions only to me.  I will present the questions to the exam chair, Prof. El-Azab, for review.

Seminar: Monday, Oct. 7, at 8:30 a.m., in ARMS 3115

Review: Monday, Oct. 7, at 9:30, in ARMS 2237

Exam: Monday, Oct. 7, at 10:00, in ARMS 2237
