Hi All,

I am not sure if you received the email from our building deputy but please see the email below. ARMS will be closed tomorrow due to the leak.

I will send follow-ups as they come in.

Have a great day!

Thank you

Subject: ARMS Closed Wednesday, January 16th
Importance: High

Good afternoon,

As I am sure many of you are already aware, Armstrong Hall will be closed on Tuesday, January 16th, due to problems with our fire suppression system, as well as several HVAC issues throughout the building. Crews are on-site and are actively working to address and resolve these problems promptly.

Additionally, the Dean of Students Office has been notified about the closure, and classes within Armstrong Hall will be cancelled. We understand the impact this may have and appreciate everyone’s cooperation.

The current plan is to reopen the building at 6:00am, Wednesday, January 17th, along with the resumption of classes.

Upon everyone’s return, please report any leaks, damp carpet, stained ceiling tile, or abnormally cold temperatures—we will investigate those items immediately.

Thank you for your understanding, and please stay warm!
