Science and Research Opportunities in India’s (Sci-ROI’s) VIRTUAL 2020 annual event, which kicks off this Saturday, September 12th with sessions continuing over two full weekends (September
12th-13th & 19th-20th). Building on past years’ successes, the 5th annual event aims to introduce a diverse range of post-Ph.D. career options in India to participants. Our target audience is those
who are currently engaged in research activities outside India (primarily the United States). A great line-up of speakers discussing traditional career paths in academia and industry is accompanied this year with speakers discussing careers in tech entrepreneurship,
research management, science communication, science policy, and patent law. Purdue is happy to sponsor this year’s event!

The $20 registration for the Sci-ROI event also includes access to Virtual Recruitment Week (October 26 - November 1).
This part of the program is instrumental in helping individuals (with at least a Master’s degree) who are actively seeking employment opportunities in India! 15+ recruiters will be conducting 1-on-1 interviews for qualifying applicants, and we anticipate that
