Hi, Everyone,

As part of MSE Student Night during the spring semester, we generally honor our Outstanding Materials Engineer Awardees (OMSE). Due to the pandemic, the 2020 event was cancelled. In an effort to recognize last year’s awardees, we will be hosting a virtual ceremony tomorrow afternoon, Wed. Feb. 24th, at 3:30pm. Following the presentation of the awards, the three honorees will participate in a panel discussion.

I’ve included the names, titles and LinkedIn pages for the recipients as well as the meeting details. If you are unable to join the live event, the ceremony will be recorded.

Ms. Alison Park, Integrated Program Manager, Aerojet Rocketdyne, LinkedIn

Dr. Jacob Jones, Professor, North Carolina State University, LinkedIn

Dr. Carlotta Arthur, Director, Program for Women in STEM, The Henry Luce Foundation, LinkedIn
