The
Notre Dame-Purdue Symposium on Soft Matter & Polymers is excited to announce its 9th Annual Meeting. The event will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at Notre Dame in Jordan Hall of Science.
This one-day symposium focuses on the general synthesis and characterization of synthetic soft materials as well as their broad application. We are pleased to have
Professor
Bozhi Tian from the University of Chicago joining us as our Keynote Speaker! The day will include both technical sessions with talks from faculty, postdocs, and graduate students, as well as a poster session featuring the work of our outstanding graduate
students and postdocs (with many poster prizes awarded!). The full agenda will be available soon on the

Symposium registration is now open. Registration is free thanks to the generous support of our sponsors at both Notre Dame and Purdue. All attendees and presenters must register for the meeting.

Call for Posters!
In addition to the day's technical sessions, graduate students and postdoctoral fellows are invited to showcase their research results in an afternoon poster session, with awards given for the best posters. Please forward this call for posters to graduate students
and postdocs who may be interested in presenting a related poster. (Students or faculty will need to cover the cost of poster printing.) Poster presenters can note their intention to present at the registration link provided above to register both their attendance
and poster. Please register posters by September 25, 2024.
