Good morning,

Recently, I believe you've all been shared the 'SL 260R' calendar via Outlook. If not, please let me know and I will send you an invitation to join that calendar. That calendar is how we will be able to manage reservations in SL 260R (The ME conference room). Multiple members have held weekly meetings for research or collaboration with partners and I think that is great and would like to continue with assistance in regard to scheduling those meetings/events.

There are 2 simple ways that you may request SL 260R:

Send me (zsigafoe@purdue.edu) an email and I can populate it on the calendar as long as its available.
Use Microsoft Outlook to set up a calendar appointment. When you get to the location portion of your event, enter 'SL 260R' and select the location with the matching name to attempt to book the room:

You will be able to send the invite even if the location is not available (sometimes it appears red) and it will prompt me (as the calendar manager) to approve or deny the request. If there's a conflict with times, I'll let you know the conflict and assist with finding an alternate location. You are also able to add/subscribe to the calendar so that you're able to view its availability anytime you wish.

If you'd like to add the calendar; type 'SL 260R' into your search pane when on the Outlook Calendar page and click the calendar icon to add it to your list of calendars:
