The feedback has been that the ASME call-out meeting last night went well with dozens of students attending. I’d like to capitalize on this momentum to get students to sign up, particularly for leadership positions. Having a strong ASME presence on campus will go a long way toward building student community and providing students opportunities to develop their engineering, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Please show the attached slide in your classes and encourage students who have demonstrated leadership qualities to sign up to be part of the leadership team. Our goal is to establish the leadership team before the end of the semester so ASME can start strong in the fall. I greatly appreciate your help in getting the word out. -- Carl
