Guidelines for Running LC Samples
TO: LORRE students, staff and faculty FROM: Michael Ladisch, Director We look forward to a productive summer, and exciting research, while at the same time welcoming new students and researchers to our laboratory. Since many of the students, and projects, whether carried out within LORRE, or by other colleagues in other departments, will utilize the recharge center, I thought it would be helpful to remind all of us on guidelines to be followed for running LC samples. 1. Students are required to undergo training / certification procedures and approval by Linda. 2. Reporting procedures (logging in samples and account numbers' must be followed prior to running samples (no exceptions) 3. Prior approval (by signature) must be obtained before running a set of samples, if 10 or more samples are to be run. Blanket approval (by signature) must be given if the number of samples to be run at any one time is less than 10. Failure to follow these procedures will result in loss of privileges.
