All, We are filling out our waste removal forms for REM to dispose of our waste materials before winter break, and have run into a few issues with the labeling of certain containers. REM will not pick up the materials if percentages are not given or if the forms filled out are not correct, so please look at the following pictures to see if any of these containers belong to you so that we can fix the forms and labels. For this container, we are not sure what the first line says. For this container, we can't quite read the handwriting, and the percentages do not add up to 100. For this container, we are unclear what the second and fourth line say. For this container, we need to add percentages. For these containers, they are too expensive too be disposed of. We have let cheaper disposal containers in the fume hood next to these bottles, and request that whoever they belong to transfer the waste to those bottles. If any of these waste bottles belong to you, please make any necessary additions to the waste bottles and come to room #333 to let us know what changes, additions, or clarifications have been made so that the REM form can be accurately filled out.
