Currently, the best option seems to be Wednesday, June 4th 8PM - Thursday, June 5th 8AM. Services that will be unavailable include files, shares and Remote Desktop. Most email goes to Exchange, so email should continue to be delivered on phones, iPads, laptops, etc The major reason for this upgrade is reports of slow performance on Monday and Thursday mornings.
