I regret to inform you that I will be taking leave through an undetermined date as a result of a close contact exposure and the individual’s positive COVID test result. I voluntarily tested on campus on Friday, November 13 and my personal result was negative.  

I will be in email contact and available via cell (217 304 6134). Regarding the move, please continue to be active in packing moving boxes as your time allows BUT I also strongly encourage you to reach out to me FIRST. Each day, there seems to be an increasing number of items that we will not be taking with us (medicine bottles, filtration bottles, wire baskets, etc) and I do not want anyone wasting their valuable time packing items that we have no further interest in. My suggestion is to text me when you are about to start packing. You can simply choose a space and send me some photos. I can give advice on what to pack and what NOT to pack based on the photo.

As always, I appreciate your team efforts related to this move. I am terribly sorry that my absence is so close to the move date. Please do not hesitate to call or text. I expect REM & Salvage employees to be present to honor my requests prior to Nov 13.
