It is everyone's responsibility to keep the LORRE chemical inventory up to date.  Use the form below to update the inventory when you buy new chemicals, use up the last of an old chemical, or cannot find a chemical at its specified location. 

 

Even if you cannot share a new chemical that you purchased, it needs to be in the inventory to comply with safety regulations. Each line in the inventory should represent one chemical container, so purchasing duplicate bottles of the same chemical requires duplicate entries.

 

When you purchase a chemical, you should also write the following on the bottle;

- First Initial & Last Name,

- The date logged into the inventory
- The Room # & Cabinet # where it will be stored (ensure compatible storage first)
Give the MSDS sheet to the lab mayor for incorporation into their binder if it is not already.
